Paris

 While we were in France we got to spend a day touring Paris.

 It started with a bus tour that picked us up at Disneyland Paris and drove us into and around Paris.

 We were shown all kinds of monuments and buildings.

 Like Notre Dame Cathedral.

 There were two different English audio Tours.   One for adults and one for Kids.  Everyone, except Jacob, listened to the kid version.  Jacob listened to the adult version because he didn't want to miss anything important.

 At the end of the bus tour we stopped at the Louvre. We had a little lunch and then we met one on the most famous women ever!

 I was seriously in awe about how beautiful this painting truly is.  No wonder it is so famous.

 We only had time to walk around about 1/8 of the museum.  

 It is an extremely large place.

 Our next stop was a boat tour up and down the river.

 There are several bridges over the river where people "Lock their Love."  They take a padlock, carve their initials in it and lock it onto the side of the bridge.  Then they through the key into the river to symbolize that they will never break the lock on their love.  The locks actually sparkle in the sun light and make the bridges glimmer.

Our last stop was the Eiffel Tower.

 We went up to the second level.  Again our time was short and the top level wasn't possible on this trip.

 It was pretty foggy so we couldn't see very far, but it was still neat to go up.

 According to our audio tour guide, The people of Paris didn't really like the looks of the tower originally.

 I think they are glad they didn't get rid of it.

 We saw a lot in just one day, but we will have to go back and see more.  Hopefully with a lot less fog. At least it didn't rain!
